Here at the Old Bakery, we’re always looking for ways to showcase and show off our links to local produce, but we also wanted to look wider for our next taster night, which will give diners the chance to experience the best of a traditional British menu on Friday 29th August.
Our taster nights are notorious for their wide variety of choice, unique spins on classics and a treat for all the senses, so this will be no different.
On the menu this time, we have the likes of traditional starters such as Potted Shrimp, as well as unusual and unique takes on game dishes, such as Pigeon & Plum and Rabbit Pie with Liquor.
We’ll also be dipping into earthy flavours such as our Venison Saddle, which comes complete with Pickled Blackberries.
And because it’s Best of British, who could forget classic school dinner favourites such as Sticky Toffee Pudding, which comes with our Spotted Dick Ice Cream, as well as not forgetting Scotland, with some traditional shortbread and coffee to finish.
