Emerging Chefs
Why not come and enjoy a meal prepared by our Level 3 Professional Cookery students under the watchful eye of our Head Chef, Phil Cooke.
This is a chance for our learners to design, produce and serve some delectable dishes while experiencing the rush of a full service. Aided by our in house -team, it's also a chance for Level 3 Hospitality students to showcase their advanced front of house skills. This is always an amazing evening, with menus incorporating new ideas as well as some Old Bakery favourites.
