With a sumptuous feast on offer, we're planning an evening to remember.
Starting off with Duck Liver Parfait, served with Plum Compote and a Brioche, this is followed by a Lamb Rump, complemented by an Anchovy Fritter and a vibrant Salsa Verde.
Following this, diners will be able to enjoy Pan Seared Scallops with Cauliflower, Raisins and Apple.
A taste of the county courtesy of our exclusive suppliers of game, Cold Hanworth Venison, our Lincolnshire Venison dish comes with a rich Potato Terrine, Beets and Celeriac.
Starting two dessert courses is a tempting Lemon Verbena Parfait, served with Lemon Curd, Blueberry Compote and Italian Meringue and to close a deeply delicious Dark Chocolate Delice with Milk Sorbet and Coffee Soil.
