What is your dress code?
​Here at The Old Bakery we do not have a formal dress code.
What is your cancellation policy?
We would appreciate it if our guests give us as much notice as possible, with 48 hours notice being ideal. However, we do understand that this isn’t always possible, so just let us know as soon as you can.
Do you accommodate for any dietary restrictions?
​We try our hardest to accommodate to everyone’s requirements. However, this isn’t always possible. As a standard, we say we can accommodate the 14 main allergens but please do let us know of any intolerance/allergy when booking the table, as the more notice the kitchen has the better quality we can provide.
What is your wine list like?
​Our wine list has an array of different wines, sold at a range of prices. For more information visit our website.
What is your corkage policy?
Our wines are carefully selected, so naturally we would recommend one of them to accompany your meal. However, if none of our wines take your fancy we offer corkage at £25 per bottle.
Do you have a children's menu?
We offer a children’s menu on Sundays as standard. We may be able to accommodate your request at other times but please check when booking.
Where can I park?
e are located in the Bailgate area of Lincoln. There are multiple Pay and Display car parks located near the castle or the Lawns. Street parking is also available outside the restaurant for two hours during the day (plenty of time to eat lunch) and there are no such restrictions after 6pm.
What are your hours of operation?
We are open Thursday through till Sunday. We open 12:00-15:00 for Lunch Thursday- Sunday and we are open 18:00-21:00 for Dinner Thursday-Saturday.
Where are you based?
We are located at 26/28 Burton Road Lincoln, LN1 3LB. We are a 5 minute walk from the castle.
Can I book a party?
We can caterer for an array of bespoke events from business meetings to birthdays to weddings. To find out more information call 01522 244646.
Do you do anything for special occasions, such as birthdays or anniversaries?
: We like to make sure every guest experience at The Old Bakery is a special one. If you are lucky enough to be celebrating a special occasion we will make sure it’s extra special by offering the birthday person a free meal or free fizz for an anniversary.
What do you offer for corporate?
We can cater to many events. All our packages are bespoke to the individual party. We can cater for anything from buffets to banquets. Please contact us directly for more information.
