Every penny you spend improves young people’s lives​

Did you know that The Old Bakery is the only not-for-profit restaurant in the region? We are owned and operated by Lincoln College, which trains around 10,000 school leavers and adults in technical qualifications, T Levels, apprenticeships and A Levels every year. So, with no private owner or shareholders, every penny of profit goes back to our colleges in Lincoln and Newark to improve our education and training. The Old Bakery is also a finishing school for our advanced catering and front-of-house students, giving them the industry experience they need to launch their careers.
