If you enjoy cooking and eating fine cuisine made from the best quality produce, why not come to my very special one-day courses.
I have restricted the number of guests to maximum 6-8 people. The one-day course is designed for both serious entusiasts and complete novices, passionate food lovers or merely people who simply like to entertain and impress guests with their culinary knowledge.
All ingredients, aprons, utensils, recipe folio’s and any other necessary equipment will be provided by us and all washing up is done for our guests so that you can really focus on the food preparation and eating.
These courses will be held in the kitchen of The Old Bakery Restaurant , Burton Road, Lincoln.
The day commences at 9.30am with coffee and biscuits and following a short health and safety briefing, we begin cooking which will be equally divided between demonstration and practical cookery. The cookery course is hands-on and we will cover a variety of both classic and contemporary dishes dependant upon the nature of the course. The day ends at approx. 2.00pm after we have enjoyed the food we’ve cooked along with complementary wine.
Corporate lessons are also available, for group of 6 people and over, you can decide the date and lesson type, for a great day out or team building, just contac us with Your requirements.

Cancellation Policy
We regret we cannot refund fees once the booking is confirmed, however a transfer to another class is a possibility providing your request is received at least 28 days before the date of the class originally book ed. If you are unable on the day to attend a booked class yourself, you are welcome to send someone else in your place.
